Enterprise Managed Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MyKRIS Asia Sdn Bhd) (“EMSSB”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company within the Maxis Group*, is committed to conducting its business ethically, responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, as amended from time to time, and other applicable laws.
EMSSB’s approach to corporate governance and compliance is supported by relevant Maxis Group policies, standards and procedures. These may include the Code of Conduct, anti-bribery and corruption requirements, conflict-of-interest requirements, and policies and procedures for raising and handling concerns. These requirements apply to EMSSB personnel and, where relevant, to business partners and other parties dealing with EMSSB.
Raising a concern
Employees, business partners and other stakeholders are encouraged to report suspected misconduct, corruption, fraud, breaches of the Code of Conduct, or other serious concerns through the whistleblowing or reporting channels designated by the Maxis Group.
Reports will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and relevant policies. EMSSB expects concerns to be raised in good faith and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone for making a report in good faith, subject to applicable law and the relevant policy.
